Emporia State University is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as the new IT Fiscal Manager within the Information Technology (IT) department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain yearly department budget
  • Create and maintain the 10-year technology equipment replacement plan
  • Create financial reports relevant for IT leadership
  • Track and renew software, hardware, and consulting contracts
  • Negotiate with vendor for best terms
  • Pay invoices, track expenses, and reconcile monthly
  • Reconcile credit card purchases
  • Assist in procurement for the department, coordinating with relevant colleagues
  • Receive and track shipments
  • Manage ewaste and deprecated equipment sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and at least 3 years of experience.
  • Preferred relevant experience in ESU business procedures

  • Salary is commensurate based on experience and/or degree.
