The Psychology program at Emporia State University invites applications for a nine-month, tenure-track position, to begin August 2024. We are seeking an Experimental Psychologist or Behavioral Neuroscientist with specialization in biological psychology, psychophysiology, health psychology, neuroscience, or ethology, broadly defined. We are seeking a colleague who is passionate about undergraduate teaching, research, and mentorship.
The Psychology program has a newly renovated animal vivarium, suitable for research with rats and undergraduate coursework in operant conditioning. We encourage applicants who have experience conducting research in rodent models. We also encourage applicants with innovative ideas regarding the use of our vivarium.
