The Executive Associate provides administrative support for the Office of the President and the various entities housed within.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-Manage office and provide support including clerical assistance, greeting visitors, fielding phone calls, and serving as gatekeeper for the front desk in the President's Office Suite which includes the President, Executive VP of Operations and Economic Development, VP of Admin and Finance, General Counsel, Internal Audit, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
  • Provide accounting assistance including submitting invoices and reconciling foundation and state accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field,
  • As well as five to ten years of professional experience in an administrative setting.

COMPENSATION:

  • Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Anticipated starting salary range is $43,000 -$48,000.
