These words describe a new Emporia State University Foundation teammate who will provide a first-class engagement experience through personalized digital interaction with approximately 1,000 alumni and donors annually. Remote, hybrid, or on-campus workers are welcome to apply.
The Donor Experience Officer will focus on providing a first-class experience for alumni and donors by leveraging personalized digital engagement to effectively build relationships based on what truly matters to each individual supporter.
This role is critical to helping the university engage more alumni and achieve both its near-term annual giving goals and long-term fundraising objectives and develop qualified major gift referrals. Candidates should be self-motivated and positive professionals with an optimistic attitude, eager to embody the ESU spirit and engage alumni and friends at a high velocity in a personalized manner. The Donor Experience Officer will work under the supervision of the Vice President for Alumni and Stewardship and will work under the guidance of the EverTrue Advancement Programs Manager.
