The Campus Visits & Admissions Senior Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of campus visits in partnership with Admissions, ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for prospective students and families.
This role supervises and schedules student workers and graduate assistants, coordinates visit logistics and campus participation, manages related communications and data tracking, and supports the university’s enrollment and student success goals.
This position will coordinate and oversee Admissions events, including planning, logistics, and execution of on-campus recruitment events. They will be responsible for delegating event planning and responsibilities to staff, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, coordinating campus participation, and providing leadership to ensure a professional and consistent experience.
Additionally, this position manages Admissions promotional materials and branded inventory, including oversight of swag inventory, ordering, storage, and distribution. The coordinator works collaboratively with campus partners to fulfill requests for admission and recruitment materials, particularly for large-scale recruitment events and outreach initiatives beyond the Admissions Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage campus daily visits in conjunction with Admissions, including scheduling, logistics, campus partner coordination, and day-of execution.
- Supervise, schedule, train, and provide daily oversight of student workers and graduate assistants supporting daily campus visits and office operations
- Collaborate with campus departments (academic units, athletics, student success, etc.) to ensure effective participation in event and visit experiences.
- Manage visit-related budgets, marketing materials, communications, data tracking, CRM systems, and reporting. Utilize institutional data and assess impact through reports and surveys.
- Provide strategic leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of Admissions-led events, delegating responsibilities to the Admissions Planning Committee as appropriate to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with institutional goals.
- Additional duties as prescribed by the Senior Director of Admissions and Director For School Relations & Partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- One-year full-time experience in admissions or higher education
- Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage and present information and present the University professionally
- Proven ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience providing supervision, training, or work direction to employees or student workers
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be negotiable based upon education & experience
